Return

Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and within the time specified by these rules (14 days).

If the part is special, technically complex (especially electronics) and was specially ordered for you from abroad, we do not guarantee a return or it can only be made by agreement.
After connection and testing, complex electronic components of equipment are not accepted for return.

If you are returning a refrigerator seal , we will only be able to determine the amount of compensation after inspecting the return.
BECAUSE
The refrigerator seal is very fragile and loses its commercial properties when transported repeatedly and if installed and packaged incorrectly.

Return only in the same condition as you received! Crumpled or torn seals will not be accepted for return!

Include a note in the parcel indicating your full name, date and time, order number or phone number to which the order was made, the reason for the return, and if it is an exchange, please indicate the details of the exchange. Returns by cash on delivery are not accepted.

If we have received your parcel and the item is undamaged and has not been used or tested, the funds will be refunded within the next week to the details you provided.
